Does anyone remember when the kids asked Shrub not to torture?

I'm thinking this was a year ago or more.
There was a presentation for kids that were exceptional. A young woman presented a letter to Shrub that basically said, "Do not torture." It totally caught him off-guard.
He read it and then got really pissy, saying, " We do NOT torture."
Umm, yeah, I think you are busted, asshole.
