1. If Giuliani's nominated, that'll be conveniently forgotten...
...and the GOP and their friends in the media will work overtime to slander the spouse of the Dem nominee.

15. Dontcha know that's true?
You can already see it happening. All the GOP candidates are already getting a slide on their shit. Nobody in the media, except for Bill Maher on HBO, has been talking about Guliani being a cross-dresser. I don't care whose clothes the guy wears, but the media knows the repervlikin base would NOT want to be embarrassed by one of their own doing something that does't "appear" righteous.

There's these pesky little details
too.. Frightening things coming back to haunt rudy toot toody.

"The fundamental lack of respect that Giuliani showed our FDNY members is unforgivable <...>. Our disdain for him is not about issues or a disputed contract, it is about a visceral, personal affront to the fallen, to our union and, indeed, to every one of us who has ever risked our lives by going into a burning building to save lives and property."

And, of course, there's the whole kerik thingy..

the fact that Rudy and Judy were having an affair and the way he treated his wife is not revelant?

I'm saying that this level of discourse which the Rethugs engage in works both ways...of course it's relevant b/c they made it so. I was just trying to reduce it to the barest, lowest level of truth-in-advertising.

Just a joke, for crying out loud,,,it's the weekend, where's everyone's sensayuma?

3. That "Character" thing they kept reminding us about during Clinton's term
is no longer relevent..Kind of like how Bush* felt about FISA Laws. They were created way back in the '70's and anyone should know that Laws created way back then should no longer be applicable. And that "Character" thing well it was so yesterday....

11. I misread the op piece and thought it said
Remember, Judy Nathan was a F**king married man.

I thought "wow, I didn't know that. How are the republicans going to spin that with their stand on gay issues?"

:rofl::rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

I am with the other poster, need to get the eyes checked. But I just did. Oh well, they say the mind is the first to go.

13. And should Rudy win the nom (which I don't think he will, but we should be prepared for anything)
we need to remind voters that she slept with a married man and that he was a married man slutting around New York (she wasn't his first affair).

17. also, a married man was f**king Judy Nathan
What she did was uncool, but what he did was much worse... he's the one who made and broke the wedding vows.

Although you make a good point; somehow I suspect that her sin--a woman knowingly taking another woman's husband away--is seen by some people worse than his thinking with his boyparts. Many of the fundies' leaders have a history of doing the same thing.

23. And she wasn't the first one to have an affair
with married Rudy. People are just starting to hear all the stuff about Rudy that New Yorker's have known for years. We're looking at his popularity in places like the South and wonder just how little they know him. Unless, of course, they're willing to admit they're complete hypocrits.
