Can the people of Alaska sue Sara Palin?
Also the few other states that are being refused help from the federal government?

I mean people sue because they are damaged by some other person or entity and some of the people of these states are being harmed by their governor's actions.

If a special needs child that could be helped by special needs education funds couldn't their parents sue for damages?

If you go to a doctor and he refuses to treat you or ignores what turns out to be a serious problem the patient can sue.

If there is a preponderance of evidence that she hurt these people just because she wanted to run for president that is willful pain and suffering.

Just a thought.

1. Interesting. Do you think we can sue all the politicians in power who got $$$ from Wall Street
and are now giving the Wall Streeters billions and putting their debt on our shoulders ?

I at least think they should be forced to give up those massive campaign contributions from Goldman Sachs, AIG, Citibank and those other Big Bankers and Wall Streeters..

..and if Palin got money from them I include her too.

2. The State congress can overrule her
I think that the Georgia state congress already overruled Sanford.
