1. I think getting his Disability Agenda enacted is more important.
The story is over, IMO.

2. sure it's more important
but doing this is worth a ton PR-wise which is important to getting things done. He can make a 15 minute appearance then go about the business of whatever.

6. It would be a media show
Wouldn't do much to help the people with disabilities in the nation.

I am sure his administrations policies will go further but will never get the coverage in the media the slip did.
