Was President Obama less than eloquent with his remark? Yes.

Was it offensive? To some. Not to me.

Did he mean to insult anyone? No.

Did he apologize? Yes.

Is it time to move on? Absolutely.

We've got more important things to worry about right now, and I sure as hell would rather have Obama/Biden at the helm than McCain/Palin steering the ship of state.

This is my first and last post on this subject.

Moving on.

2. I didn't know that Obama had already apologized...
...but when I saw that on Leno last night (Keith Olbermann had already forewarned us about this), I figured he was just trying to goof on himself, and it backfired. So I don't hold it against him, either.

3. agree this is the same BS
they used to splinter the Democrats to allow the GOP to retain power
It was less that PC but not material to the problems at hand AND not indicative of personality issues

4. Well now wait a minute...
it's not like this was just some small mistake the media can ignore like wrongfully invading a country and killing thousands of innocent civilians, or deregulating financial institutions to the point of their collapse, or sending people to other countries to be tortured.

The media needs to pay attention to these hideous, unforgivable Obama mistakes.
