Freeper gets visit from Secret Service

BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: blogger from JAGHUNTER has visit from secret service for recent blog post
personal phone call | 03/19/2009 | RaceBannon

Posted on Thursday, March 19, 2009 5:01:21 PM by RaceBannon

Blogger Walt Fitzpatrick, known as The Jaghunter, was visited by SECRET SERVICE for levying a threat against President Barak Obama based on his most recent column found here: removed

I just heard from Freeper Flightline, a personal friend and mutual aquaintance of Walt Fitzpatrick, that Walt got a visit from 3 to 4 Police Cruisers and one unmarked Government car from Knoxville, Tennessee. Walt was informed that his most recent column, which he filed as a criminal complaint in the U.S. Attorny's Office in Knoxville, U.S Attorney Russell Dedrick, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Edward Schmutzer, Eastern District, Tennessee and Ass, was being responded to by a criminal complaint against Walter himself; that the complaint he filed was ignored and was the basis for the complaint against himself.

The criminal Complaint against Walt specifically stated that Walter's complaint was considered a threat against the President of the United States.

Walter was interviewed by these officers in his yard and house and openly stated his belief of his criminal complaint along with his own personal documentation to defend his complaint and why he believed it to be true.

Walter was not arrested and the officers who visited his home responded by telling him the apparent threat against the President was unfounded and they left the premisis without incident.

Walter was not arrested, no search throughout his home was done and the officers were professional.

My Note: THIS IS PROOF, IF YOU SPEAK THE TRUTH, OBAMA FOLLOWERS WILL GET YOU. THIS IS NO DIFFERENT THAN MISSOURI LAWYERS THREATENING YOU FOR POSTING THE TRUTH DURING THE CAMPAIGN

HERE IS THE COLUMN::

Tuesday, 17 March 2009

To Mr. Barack Obama

Via: U.S Attorney Russell Dedrick, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Edward Schmutzer, Eastern District, Tennessee and Ass

From: Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III, United States Navy Retired

Distribution: Wide

SUBJECT: CRIMINAL ALLEGATIONS REGARDING THE COMMISSION OF TREASON

I have observed and extensively recorded invidious attacks by military-political aristocrats against the Constitution for twenty years.

Now you have broken in and entered the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, dissembling, and deceit. Posing as an impostor president and commander in chief you have stripped civilian command and control over the military establishment. Known military criminal actors—command racketeers—are now free in the exercise of military government intent upon destruction of America’s constitutional government.

Free from constitutional restraint, and following your criminal example, military commanders deployed U.S. Army active duty combat troops into the small civilian community of Samson, Alabama last week in a demonstration of their newly received despotic, domestic police power.

We come now to this reckoning. I accuse you and your military-political criminal assistants of TREASON. I name you and your military criminal associates as traitors. Your criminal ascension manifests a clear and present danger. You fundamentally changed our form of government. The Constitution no longer works.

Confident holding your silent agreement and admission, I identify you as a foreign born domestic enemy.

My sworn duty Mr. Obama is to stand against what you stand for. You are not my president. You are not my commander in chief.

Obedient to the Constitution in submission of this criminal accusation I remain steadfast, and

Born fighting,
/s/ (notarized)

here about the incident. I believe it was reported in the local paper where it incurred. I am only on my first cup of coffee and not clear headed yet. If you are good at using the search the threads should come up. I suck at the search or I would pull it up for you. If it is true it needs a thorough investigation.

following the mass murder episode:
http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5i8CbzUeIBWcQ-VUtTTdTnlgX_oqAD970M3RO0

The Army said Wednesday it opened an inquiry into whether federal laws were broken when nearly two dozen soldiers were sent to a south Alabama town after 11 people died in a shooting spree last week.

State officials said the deployment of 22 military police officers and the provost marshal from Fort Rucker was requested neither by Republican Gov. Bob Riley nor the White House, which typically is required by law for soldiers to operate on U.S. soil.

Col. Michael J. Negard of the Army Training and Doctrine Command at Fort Monroe, Va., said officials are trying to determine who ordered the soldiers to Samson, who requested them, why they were sent and what they did there.

....

Samson's tiny police force and county officers were stretched to the limit after the shootings, which left investigators with at least seven different crime scenes to check for evidence.

Samson Mayor Clay King said he did not know why the soldiers showed up in town, but he was glad they did.

a tiny town and seven different crime scenes. the way the freeper characterized it in his "complaint" was the stuff of nightmares.

There seems to be a lot of overreaching when it comes to the Secret Service these days. Bush used them like palace guards, and they were often goons for Bush. I doubt anyone at the Obama White House is doing much to oversee the SS right now.

This guy can be prosecuted for filing phony criminal charges, and should be pursued for that.

the secret service is doing their job. they gave freerepublic a warning about their content a few weeks ago and several years ago they paid a visit to stormfront after they did`t delete a direct threat against bush. i would expect the secret service to protect the president either directly or indirectly.

32. He's still bitter about his own court-martial: see #29 below
About twenty years ago on the USS Mars, he was in charge of some recreational funds, which he used in an unauthorized manner, ending his Navy career

The misuse might have been for an arguably humanitarian purpose, and some other crew members might have supported that misuse, but he nevertheless misused funds for which he was accountable -- and if the tone of his blog is any indication, he probably showed no contrition whatsoever

Hmmmm, I wonder why this is his first accusation against the Commander -In-Chief? See #1. And #3, look at his nom de plume-Race Bannon. Race Bannon was Jonny Quest's 'older mentor' and tutor. Yeah, right. He chose an animated character, never seen with a woman and living with and 'schooling' a 14 - 16 year old boy (and his friends Hadji and Bandit) as his 'beard'?

It is possible that Race Bannon is someone's else's pseudonym and not the Colonel's(?) - a good friend maybe willing to take the heat for his buddy.

Sure, we have our fair share of idiots and "morans" like this guy, but so does every other state.

Just recently, some disgruntled conservative whackjob got his head blown off by his wife because he was abusing her. Come to find out, he was building bombs and was actively working on his own version of a WMD. You might ask what state he was from - Maine.

Yeah, I'm ashamed of a lot of people in my state, but it just means we have a lot of work to do. There are already a lot of us working very hard to change this state.

61. Why not?
Is he MORE safe going to Massachusetts where they've had more race riots recently than anywhere in the South?

Is he MORE safe going to Canada, where they have very active racist groups? http://www.vueweekly.com/article.php?id=11344

Is he MORE safe in Wyoming, which is in the west and voted for McCain than he would be in North Carolina or Florida, which are in the South and supported him?

Seriously - he's going to have to deal with racism no matter where he goes. I think he should visit the South often, if nothing more than to circumvent and "talk over" the right-wing media we're "treated" to here. Many Southerners simply don't know what a real Democrat stands for since the only thing they hear about them is through the filter of RusHanniSavaBoortz.

27. Army reviewing Ala. use of troops (USAT)
By Larry Copeland, USA TODAY

Geneva County Sheriff Greg Ward .. after the shootings .. asked for assistance from Fort Rucker ...

Ward said he had his dispatcher call Fort Rucker again and request about 25 officers "to come to Geneva County. … They were here at our request, giving our officers a chance to get something to eat, to take a break before going back on duty. They had no investigative duties, no police powers. All they did was direct traffic" ...

"They did exactly what we asked for and nothing more," Ward said. "For that, I'm grateful" ...

Use of troops in civilian case probed
Last update: 12:22 a.m. EDT March 19, 2009

... The military command issued a release stating the purpose for sending the military police, the authority for doing so and the duties they performed "is the subject of an ongoing commander's inquiry," the newspaper said.

"In addition to determining the facts, this inquiry will also consider whether law, regulation and policy were followed," Dempsey said. "Until those facts are determined, it would be inappropriate to speculate or comment further" ...

Samson Police Department dispatcher Jim Stromenger said the soldiers's help was welcome, but not requested by his department, the Clackamas Review reported ...

Army questions use of soldiers, Samson offers thanks

By Ebony Horton

Published: March 18, 2009

Federal officials are trying to determine who ordered 22 Fort Rucker military police officers and the provost marshal to Samson last week to help after a mass murder, but Samson Police Chief Gary Weeks said he knows one fact for certain — the help of the soldiers was welcomed and appreciated ...

Federal law would have authorized only Gov. Bob Riley and President Barack Obama to order active-duty troops to deploy on national soil ...

Weeks said he also did not ask for the mutual aid but that the soldiers came and helped with preserving crime scenes and directing traffic while relieving local police officers for breaks ...

... Congressman Bobby Bright, D-Montgomery, said .... “As they always do, our troops responded to a call for action and ably performed the tasks that were asked of them ... When the dust settles, I am confident that the inquiry will show that soldiers and Fort Rucker responded in an appropriate and neighborly manner” ...

Fitzpatrick was executive officer of the USS Mars when he received a career-destroying reprimand in 1988 for failing to properly supervise the spending of his ship's morale, welfare and recreation money. 30. Hm. It wasn' t long ago that freepers were confident the SS wouldn't protect Obama
They were crowing about how the military and secret service would not serve President Obama.

At the time, I thought it was possibly the most clueless thing I'd ever heard. These morons obviously know NOTHING about either the Secret Service or the military if they think the SS would stand down when the Pres was in danger, I thought. Well, apparently someone else thought so, too, and schooled them because now their babbling is at the opposite end of the nutbar - the Secret Service is in Obama's criminal pocket.

They are pathetic shells of human beings over there. Idon't think about them often, but I can't begin to say how much I enjoy their misery when I do.

About the Constitution. WTF? Oh his birth certificate isn't real. What if like some Americans, they lost their BC either while moving or due to fire. Are they no longer citizens?

Freeper Alert.
Freepers need us to Freep this poll. Who would you vote for Obama or Sarah. LOL! Freep away

44. It's funny when stupid freepers try to write like a lawyer
"Confident holding your silent agreement and admission, I identify you as a foreign born domestic enemy." :wtf:

Most of that shit doesn't even make sense; it reads more like a letter from the Representative of a recently-deceased Nigerian with significant financial holdings.

45. It Probably Was Booooshie's SS That Targeted Him...
The irony here is beyond the tin foil this junk is wrapped in. These asshats were more than happy to have our phones tapped, email and other communications monitored...they claimed "I've got nothing to hide". Now it appears that's not quite the case.

48. Yes, this is nuts, yes this is whacko, but really now, is this deserving of an SS visit?
I mean really now, if some liberal had put something similar to this on the web during the Bush years(and actually there were many screeds like this as I recall), and then got a visit from the SS, we would be up in arms. Yes, he accuses Obama and others out for various perceived crimes, including treason, but really now, should that be a reason to send in the SS? I think not, I think that it's a chilling of free speech.

51. When Bush came to Lee's Summit a few years ago, a guy I know was there
and he stood next to a guy he didn't know who was holding a sign that said FUCK BUSH. A couple days later, the SS and FBI came to his house wanting to know if he knew the guy with the sign. He said they were pretty intimidating. This letter the freeper sent Obama is, IMO, a lot worse than a sign that says FUCK BUSH. (And can I say it's really fun typing those words? LOL)

On the other hand, I know the guy who made this sign and have stood next to him many times. But he has never been contacted by the SS.

55. I agree that sending the SS to intimidate a sign holder is bullshit
I say that as one who proudly flipped off both Reagan and Bush the Elder to their faces.

I also saw all the outrage around here when people who were paid intimidating visits from the SS for LTTE's, posters they had, etc. That's bullshit too.

But I also think that it's bullshit to send in the SS for what this guy wrote. I don't like what he wrote, I think he's an idiot and an asshole, but I do defend his right to say it because it isn't a threat to the President and we have this little thing called the First Amendment that allows us to speak our mind. Incidents like this simply continue the ongoing erosion of our right to free speech, and I can foresee that if this continues, matters will get worse, to the point where we will be visited by the SS just for daring to stage of protest of the next 'Pug president.

56. I think what the freeper did was worse because he sent the letter to the president
I agree that doesn't necessarily deserve a SS visit but it is more serious since he actually sent the letter to Obama.

Yet no visit from the SS. Of course that was a quarter century ago, and the US police state has increased exponentially since then.

49. Mystery solved: Police chief ordered troops
Mystery solved: Police chief ordered troops (U.S. Army forces sent to Alabama town)

The mystery over who ordered U.S. Army forces to patrol the streets of the south Alabama town where 11 people were killed in a shooting spree last week has been solved. WND confirmed troops from nearby Ft. Rucker provided limited assistance after a request from the police chief of Samson, Ala.

Multiple news agencies reported the Army was launching an investigation into why the troops were sent to the town, a possible violation of the law. The Associated Press reported uncertainty over who requested the assistance, noting it didn't come from Republican Gov. Bob Riley or the White House.

"Under the authority of a mutual aid agreement which Fort Rutgers has with local law enforcement community in Samson, Alabama, the Samson city police chief requested support from military police after the shooting," Lt. Col. Almarah Belk, an Air Force officer working for the Department of Defense press office, told WND in a telephone interview.

"Fort Rutgers provided 22 military police personnel, and five vehicles were sent into Samson to provide non-law

The police department has denied requesting the troops; and, meanwhile, the sheriff has said he requested the troops. See post #27

59. I'm glad I drink filtered water here in Knoxville.
There is obviously something in the tap water that has made half our population idiots.

First, the church shooter guy and now this fruit cake.

FWIW, the city of Knoxville has voted "blue" since Phil Bredesen ran for governor in 2002; however, the county of Knox is so overrun by these idg-mos that the entire county looks "red" on election maps (you have to look at Knoxville city separately).

Also, we have only right-wing talk radio here. I have abdicated listening now that my husband won us each a satellite radio and we've installed them in our cars. I will never listen to local talk radio again. Their loss.

does this charge have any basis in fact:
Free from constitutional restraint, and following your criminal example, military commanders deployed U.S. Army active duty combat troops into the small civilian community of Samson, Alabama last week in a demonstration of their newly received despotic, domestic police power.

or was it a parade?

we come now to this reckoning? it is 2009 in my world. and he went and filed this delusional tripe as a criminal complaint against president obama? am i reading this correctly?

Very sorry about your son - hope he can recover.

73. Thanks, Mark.
My son is different from the freeper in several respects. He's the mild-mannered, low-key type & he doesn't wish any harm to anyone. He thinks he's a prophet who needs to warn everyone of the evils of the government in general.

If my husband & I had found the magic button to make his life more productive, I could write a book about his (& our) experience. As it is now, it's just a sad situation that wouldn't serve any purpose to write about. I do gratefully accept your sympathy & hope with all my heart that there will be a cure for schizophrenia in our lifetime.
