There is a Statute of Limitations on Torture but there is not on "War Crimes"
If "war" was not officially declared can there be "war crimes"? Just calling something a "war" does not really make it so. The Statute of Limitations is about to run out on the "torture memos" written by Yoo and others. They are going to get off Scot Free because Democrats have dragged their feet on this. I feel absolute disgust over this issue and America's willingness to just overlook this.

1. if it is after the statute of limitations, it will make everything harder
no matter what the actual situation is.

But it will take the prosecution out of our hands, and into the hands of international courts.
And that won't be good for anybody.
