In some jurisdictions, it is *the* most deadly night.

Lots of amateur drunks out there.

3. Actually, I fear driving on New Year's Eve
and New Year's early morning hours more than I fear driving on this day/evening...

5. I had 2 pints of Guiness and a corned beef sandwich and
was home before 8pm. The later it gets, the more deadly drunk people will be.
