WE HAVE LAWS ON THE BOOKS WHY AREN'T YOU SEEING THAT THEY ARE ENFORCED? OR DO CANADIAN POLITICIANS ( HAVE NO SPINES & S#!T FOR BRAINS) AND NOW CONDONE WAR CRIMES AND TORTURE THAT WERE KNOWINGLY AND WILLFULLY CARRIED OUT BY GOOD OL' GEORGE W. BUSH & HIS HENCHMEN??
It should disgust YOU that George Bush made the oil industry astronomical profits at the expense of over a million human beings.. Wives, Mothers, Dad's, Grandparents, Babies and Children were all slaughtered not to mention American soldiers as well and their widowed wives and orphaned children.
The fact is that Canada has laws against war crimes, our Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act, our Criminal Code of Canada, Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, and Convention Against Torture, should make you want to stand up for these laws. As you are a lawyer MR. PRENTICE, I am surprised that you will be allowing a war criminal into Canada this month.
As a lawyer you of all people should know MR. PRENTICE that there is ample evidence of war crimes that have been conducted by former President George Bush and the members of his good ol’ boys club. George W. Bush is a person credibly accused of torture and other gross human rights violations, crimes against humanity and war crimes. This fact triggers two branches of Canadian law: first, the Minister of Immigration is legally bound to prevent Bush’s entry into Canada at any time and for any reason; second, if Bush enters Canada, the Attorney General of Canada must prosecute him for torture or provide consent to private prosecution. There are now 58 Congressmen who are demanding an inquiry into laying charges against Bush. There are international tribunals that have ruled on legal evidence of these crimes, as well as the UN Special Rapporteur on Torture, Manfred Nowak, who has concluded there is proof of torture by Bush and others. It is Canada's obligation, our duty, to prevent this criminal from entering Canada, or arresting him if he lands on Canadian soil. Please indicate any facts or law that, in your professional??? opinion, might operate to allow Mr. Bush entry into Canada or to prohibit prosecuting him for torture should he enter Canada. I look forward to you response MR. PRENTICE. Sincerely, Diana Brockhurst
