Tax the bonuses at virtually 100% of any bonus money paid through US govt bailouts. Very few took me seriously this morning, but by the time KO's show airs, a Senator is calling for it...

6. That's not really a solution, unless "bonus" is defined down to a knat's eyebrow.

.. to include ANY payments over & above their already agreed upon salary. Otherwise they'll just
stop calling them "bonuses" and call the bonuses something else, like "Executive Stimulus Kicker" ... hmmm,
or maybe "Confidential Post-stimulus windfall"
