Is this stealing or just a bad investment project?
Donald Trump Sued By Buyers Of Failed Luxury Condo Project

Buyers were told last month that the luxury oceanfront project was being scrapped and that there was no money left to refund deposits. In December, they were told the project had only $556,000 left after collecting $32.2 million in buy

1. I think any project in Tijuana was doomed to fail, they should not have invested
I think Trump has enough money that he does not need to try and steal more from these people, but I may be wrong.

It looks like a high risk venture that went under to me

4. his casinos... I would be surprised if he does not have many other investments that are separate
from the casinos.

just because one portion of his empire is in trouble it does not mean the whole thing is.

I am just guessing and could be wrong, but I suspect he is still doing OK.

6. With Trump involved it could have gone anywhere
Probably went by his throwing a couple of parties inviting the suckers to invest in his building.

It was other people's money, what does he care.
