There should be a meme created that everyone instantly recognizes these people.

2. There are others.
"Assholes". "Jerkoffs".

Alas, I court redundancy.

9. I'll go with "Republicans."
It has the proper level of specificity.

"Assholes". "Jerkoffs," etc. are too generic. I know a lot of members of both categories who have nothing to do with gubmint.

7. The word "traitor" comes to mind.
Against not only the country, but also betraying their constituents who elect them on lies.

Isn't that subversion of the nation by covert infiltration? The truth is, they represent the corporatists whose agenda is directly opposed to the nation and the people, and so does the DLC.

14. That is a good definition.
Doesn't really roll off the tongue. We need a word that spreads and catches on.

18. Saboteurs. Maybe Americans would better understand "monkey wrenchers".
Maybe not. :(

A "sabot" is a traditional wooden shoe, remarkably effective at bringing a power loom to a crashing halt when tossed into the works. The first "saboteurs" were just trying to get a little work stoppage so they could rest.
