Is it a ride? What is the point?
Watch this video from Bill Hicks

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q95kX_EP2Nk

and ask yourself if these greedy corporate pork salesmen have our best interests in mind. Ask yourself if Tim Geithner has our majorities best interest in mind? Does the corporate media care about you? Does Wall Street? Does the Military Industrial Complex care about you? Does the Healthcare Industry? Do the electric and gas companies (energy etc) care about you? Do the people controlling our government give two squirts from a water pistol about you? I think and HOPE Obama does, I bet on that small chance for change because I wanted a different kind of ride for myself and my children. But still how can WE also make a difference and change the kind of ride that it is and has become for us? I've gone on all kinds of amusement park rides and none of them make me feel sick to my stomach the way that this ride does.

You know the answer about how we can make a difference. And yet why do we care if we pay our bills to those same people that we know do not give a shit about us and never ask us "How is your ride, enjoying it?" Why are we spending money on someone else that doesnt care about us and only cares about their ride? It is money that is the root of the issue, no? Money and greed is the answer, so why havent we yanked on the purse strings yet? Dont we have the power to shut this ride down today??

Why are we still forced to pay for this ride we are on if we dont like the kind of ride it has become? The republicans right now are forming Tea Parties across the nation to protest the ride that they dont like, and yet I see no formation of any movement on the left side to protest the ride we are on. Why are we paying to stay on this ride if we dont like it?

Why don't I see protests on the sales of tickets for our ride? In my own protest I realize i choose to not pay in these ways.
I will not buy at Walmart, Home Depot, Target or any other company that puts Mom and Pop stores from my local community out of business. I will not invest ANY money into the Wall Street Casino Ponzi Scheme. I will not buy another American Car if it does not get 50 mpg, hello Toyota. I will not buy gas from Exxon. I will not support corporate welfare in any form.

I will not pay for their ride if I do not get to choose my own ride.

No more ride (soup) for you!!
