Spring is officially here...just had our first tornado warning of the season.

We had a "tornado advisory," whatever that is, for awhile. The sirens never went off though.

I'm in east-central Illinois.

3. NW Ohio.. our sirens went off, but just for about 2-3 minutes.

We had a huge downpour earlier. It's sunny now but really windy. Gusts up to 50 mph where I am, more at my bf's. His power's been off for awhile.

6. Heavy rain and thunder/lightning in Flint

The top half of the state is under a winter storm warning with up to 8 inches expected, and the bottom half is getting rain. Very odd.

7. That must be the same storm I'm hearing warnings for.

Tornado warning now for Toledo area and northern part of my county.

This rain is crazy.

8. Yep, it probably was. They said it was heading to the northeast.

9. Heard some reports of touchdown by Bass pro in Perrysburg/Rossford area.

Those were 911 calls that were reported over the scanner. I haven't heard of any damage. That area has a lot of open field and farm land. There was one confirmed sighting by a police officer.
