we just got a HI loan...
i'm trying to be 'the consumer i have been waiting for' :) i said in the fall if Obama won, i would be willing to make a move.

i guess i'm more surprised than i thought i would be. we have great credit, cars paid off, etc...but our house has gone done some and i guess i just thought credit wasn't flowing...or something

anyway, we're trying to do our part! :)

2. I called my mortgage company and told them I was going to have problems making my mtg
after April since I can't find employment. What did they do? Gave me a 20,000 line of credit. How nutz is that?

4. If you have equity it makes total sense, for both you and the mortgage company.

3. Depending on what your doing check your city's and parish's website if you are doing things that


save energy there are rebates out there.
