Pat Tillman is the property of the US Military until he is discharged. The Pentagon owes the family NOTHING. They should be lucky that they told the Tillmans anything at all about Pat's death.

That's a fucked up thing to say.
But to be fair, I think 6 Freepers replied to this post and not one of those even remotely agreed with this stance.

4. Actually, the US military and the government is the property of US citizens
The government should be considered lucky we don't revolt :) and since the government and military 'owns' us, but we also own the government rather than it us; it means that in theory, retroactively, anyone with knowledge of congress at all is above the freepers and has ownership over them. Maybe one day we can force them to become our slaves, and for disobedient indiscretions we shall force them to become literate and do math

5. Well, that's what I fought for when I upped to defend the Constitution. . .
secrecy. . . lies. . . suppression. . . denigration. . . all the classic standards a free people cherish and fight to preserve.

the "property" of the government. I'm not surprised to hear such a disrespectful, disgustingly monarchist view espoused by a Freeper, however.

Their 'support for the troops' pretty much ends at yellow car magnets and empty, jingoistic talk show rhetoric.
