I think "equal access for opinions" is absolute nonsense. Not all opinions deserve to be heard, and I don't think it should be the FCC's job to decide which are worthy and which aren't.

3. Define it: do you mean the Fairness Doctrine as the RW propaganda machine paints it today?
Or the Fairness Doctrine as it was before Raygun killed it?
