Does Monica Goodling really exist?

I've seen exactly two photos of this gal, and they both seem to have been taken at band camp in 1977. Isn't there like a White House year book, or something? Does she exist outside of the Republican Party and the Evangelical Right? Robot? Human-animal hybrid?
