4. Why Get Caught Up In Semantics?
The place is a shambles, a quagmire, a death pit, an affront to human rights, and quite possibly one of the most dangerous places on Planet Earth.

The problem with these polls is that they never supply a definition of the term "civil war".

But in all probability, Iraq would qualify.
