9. Specter and Credibility

One of the greatest ironies in this whole debacle is that media tools are kneeling before Arlen Specter and asking him about Gonzales' credibility. 8. She ought to be fired

Testifying before Congress is part of her job. She refuses to do it. She ought to be fired for that.

I don't blame her one bit for refusing to testify. The legal bills alone are ruinous. However, if there is no consequence for taking the fifth, everybody in the government could take the 5th. There would be no Congressional oversight.
