2. I try to do it each quarter, though I had to miss the last one

Sometimes, I use appeals like this and sometimes I just pick them at random, but then it causes an extra step because I need to ask their permission before I star them and find out if they want the bumpersticker but then they have to give me their address and it's just harder. But this way seems harder too because people often won't speak up.
