It's occured to me that the most powerful people in Washington are now crossover Republicans
I'm sure it's been brought up here before but I have a feeling Specter, Snow and Collins are going to be deciding a lot of policy in the next couple of years...

At least they are moderate republics. Looks like the State of Maine now controls the nation. Maybe we'd better start being nice.

8. Maybe with all the pressure from the right wingers one of the 3 will switch parties.
That is all we need. We have Kennedy. Franken is probably a few weeks away.

6. I was thinking the same thing....
At some point Reid has to make them filibuster or his reputation as a French Army General will be cemented for good.
