Pet food from Sicily! Do we have it here?
I went to Sicily in early December of 2005. In Palermo I experienced the wonderful seaside market with fresh seafood, vegetables and fruits. It was a wonderful gift from the sea. However, I asked our guide what happened to the seafood that wasn't bought at the market. She said that it was made into pet food. I was wondering if that was right.

Does anybody know?
