I checked the single West Virginia project and the comments are filled with GOP talking points and claims of "pork."

5. florida is at the trough while being the most republican state and cutting
everthing at a state level - I want to see this money go to blue states who are supportive of their people - let these other states sink so they have to start helping their people - these are the same people who trash obama and dems -

Forks of the Road Heritage Trail. This project would greatly enhance one of the primary gateways to our city by creating an African American/Ethnic Heritage Trail along a stretch of St. Catherine Street between the Forks of the Road Slave Market Site

11. Agreed. Gotta expect some seemingly unpopular projects.
But, there are many mass transit and solar projects that are well worth the investment. This is where I'm putting my efforts.
