But I'm seeing this as more footdragging before we see Rove frogmarched.
I see this as a pre-emptive move to delay rather than move things forward. With Holder's confirmation, Rove and Luskin know he won't support boooshie's extention of "executive power" when a filing is made on February 18th and they're prepping the ground for the court battle sure to follow. Rove's been playing coy...claiming to be wanting to cooperate, but being prevented so by booosh...and the hopes are they can find sympathetic booosh judges to bottle this thing up in court for years. His "cooperation" I'm sure is very limited and is just covering his ass from any personal obstruction charges.
My hopes are we do have hearings...but I don't see them anytime soon.
