Want to stimulate the economy? According to the data, forget about tax cuts
for corporations and the wealthy. Think about expansion of food stamps and unemployment benefits and infrastructure spending.

5. Best for the ultra-wealthy and powerful.
I guess they think we won't notice the reality of our circumstances.

7. exactly! and spending benefits A CORPORATION the instant it costs the government a penny!
tax cuts for the wealthy don't benefit anyone unless and until a rich beneficiary decides to do something they wouldn't have done otherwise, which usually takes considerable planning if it happens at all.

whereas spending costs the government NOTHING until it is actually spent, at which point it immediately goes into the economy, to the benefit of, among others, corporations, like wal-mart, a grocery, or a construction company.

why do republicans hate corporations?

8. Limbaugh was apparently on MSNBC pushing his "stimulus" plan.
Can you guess what was central to the Limbaugh plan? Corporate tax cuts and capital gains tax cuts.

:argh:

9. I'd like to see them removed from the house bill
when the house and senate come together to finalize it. If the rethugs aren't going to vote for it anyways, the data says it's a waste of stimulus dollars.
