What the hell did Norm Coleman just say on MPR?
"If we were in another country, we'd settle this another way -- with guns and knives."

1. He's channeling Zell Miller who wanted to have a duel with Chris Matthews.
Someone please supply a pic of Zell at this point!

2. Normie has already taken a different job. Normie has already closed down his office.
Normie at this point is just saying Nyah Nyah Nyah, and if he had one iota of interest in the welfare of the Minnesotans he formerly represented, he'd fade into well-deserved obscurity.

I missed the news on MPR tonight, which probably circumvented blowing that cerebral vessel that's no doubt ready to go after all these years of Normie and Steve King (R-IA) and *.

3. If he did say that it will probably be up on Crooks & Liars and Think Progress
post haste. That statement would be political suicide for Normy. I'd like that.

7. Sounds like he's been thinking about it...
He might want to be careful what he says, considering what happened to his first Senate opponent.

8. on doing some further research, I now beoieve it was one of..
..Normy's attorneys, Joe Friedberg, who made that statement.
my bad. but it does illustrate Coleman's mentality.
Friedberg is the guy who pleads you not guilty when the cops catch you coming out the door with a bloody knife in your hand and three family members are hacked to death in your place.
watch this guy. he is smart and dangerous.
