Good news - thehouse loan contract is currently being written
Took us about a month, but we're working with Prime Lending USA - a Plains Capital company - 14th largest privately owned bank to buy the house from my parents.

Wow, I never thought the loan process would be such a pain in the butt. I've even looked at my credit report, and disputed A LOT of negative reports so old that Moses wasn't even born...
