2. Yeah you know those wealthy folks on FR - they really made out well during the bush years
NOT.

These guys are at best middle class and a lot of them live on pensions or disability payments. It cracks me up that these dumshits support a party that has routinely fucked them over for thirty years but hey, they're fun to watch if you poke 'em with a stick every once in a while.

3. It's been less than a week, and they're more batshit than I've ever seen them.
And that's saying something.

4. Freeper version
Out in the country, far from a highway
There is this land here, and it is my way
Don't ever come here, or you'll be sorry
This land was made just for me

This land is my land, it isn't your land
I got a shotgun, and you don't got none
If you don't get off, I'll blow your head off
This land was made just for me

So keep away now, Don't ruin my day now
My property's private, you cannot buy it
Go find your own land, Just be a lone man
This land was made just for me

This land is my land, it isn't your land
I got a shotgun, and you don't got none
If you don't get off, I'll blow your head off
This land was made just for me

12. Here's one:
Joe Hill

A song by Alfred Hayes
Music by Earl Robinson, ©1938 by Bob Miller, Inc.

I dreamed I saw Joe Hill last night
Alive as you or me
Says I, But Joe, you're ten years dead
I never died, says he
I never died, says he
In Salt Lake, Joe, says I to him
Him satnding by my bed
They framed you on a murder charge
Says Joe, But I ain't dead
Says Joe, But I ain't dead
The copper bosses killed you, Joe
They shot you, Joe, says I
Takes more than guns to kill a man
Says Joe, I didn't die
Says Joe, I didn't die
And standing there as big as life
And smiling with his eyes
Joe says, What they forgot to kill
Went on to organize
Went on to organize
Joe Hill ain't dead, he says to me
Joe Hill ain't never died
Where working men are out on strike
Joe Hill is at their side
Joe Hill is at their side
From San Diego up to Maine
In every mine and mill
Where workers strike and organize
Says he, You'll find Joe Hill
Says he, You'll find Joe Hill
I dreamed I saw Joe Hill last night
Alive as you or me
Says I, But Joe, you're ten years dead
I never died, says he
I never died, says he

10. Martin Mull's version...
"Well, I'm about as heavy as a four-door Chevy
in a room full of Cadillac limousines,
Just about as hip as a hunk of linoleum
About as psychedelic as a can of beans,

I'm about as groovy as a John Wayne movie
But there's something that I gotta say...
If this country stinks, then so do I
And I'll fight to keep it that way

CHORUS:
This land ain't your land...this land is MY land
From California to Levitown, Long Island,
From the Gulf Stream Golf Course, to the US Air Force, uh-huh,
This land was made for folks like me!

Well, the hippies are quiet, but you know they're gonna riot
They must be up to something, 'cause they look so strange,
Walking down the street with a weirdo hair-do
Their hands in the air, 'do you got spare change?'

Well I never give 'em any...not a penny.
I just kick 'em, then I say,
If this country stinks, than so do I
And I'll fight to keep it that way!"

(CHORUS)
