5. Unfortunately, no.
But you can kick their asses for lying under oath, and it certainly seems like they did that.

11. IMO....
...Gonzo threw himself under the bus when he decided to LIE under oath to a Congressional committee doing an investigation. Matter of fact, the dumb fuck laid down and drove the bus over himself. No on helped him on this one!

6. It's hard to say he wasn't involved when some of the emails
talk about having the AG make some of the calls himself to some of the more sensitive contacts.

7. what does this mean, that Gonzo wasn't involved ?
or had no knowledge about the firings? or are they trying to cover up the whole thing by ignoring.

8. AP Article: Documents Show Gonzales OK'd Firings
http://apnews.myway.com/article/20070324/D8O27RQO2.html

WASHINGTON (AP) - Attorney General Alberto Gonzales approved plans to fire several U.S. attorneys in a November meeting, according to documents released Friday that contradict earlier claims that he was not closely involved in the dismissals.

The Nov. 27 meeting, in which the attorney general and at least five top Justice Department officials participated, focused on a five-step plan for carrying out the firings of the prosecutors, Justice Department officials said late Friday.

There, Gonzales signed off on the plan, which was crafted by his chief of staff, Kyle Sampson. Sampson resigned last week in the wake of the political firestorm surrounding the firings.

15. Is Sampson due to testify before Congress? If so, when?
That's one event I wouldn't want to miss.
