What church does rush limbaugh attend, if any?
Seriously, I had a brief discussion with a ditto head the other day who couldn't believe that I didn't listen to rush 3 hours a day five days a week, and bristled when I suggested rush wasn't even a real Christian.

I asked my pal what church rush attended, and he had no answer, but swore up and down that rush is a good Christian man.

8. I'm still trying to figure out what secret location he broadcasts from.
He prides himself on the fact that it's so secret. It needs to be picketed. Somewhere in Palm Beach.

9. I've never heard Rush say
that he is holier than thou like so many of those radio idiots. It's maybe the one thing I will give him credit for is not being a hypocrite on that.

I Never ONCE heard him say he even WENT INTO A CHURCH, let alone belonged to one.

He does do the standard atheist-bashing, but as for his own personal beliefs, he's silent.

15. Yeah, I had a debate a couple years ago with a dittohead
about what Jesus is really quoted as preaching in the Gospels and the communalism of the early Christian communities.

I've studied the New Testament quite closely, on a graduate theological level and in my personal life. So I was able to show him how the moralistic Jesus of Limbaugh, Hannity, etc., bears no resemblence to the compassionate, even revolutionary Jesus in the Gospels(revolutionary in the sense of dramatically transforming how we understand ourselves and reality). After I sent an email quoting the things Jesus really preached according to scripture, the dittohead basically responded by saying that the way Jesus said we should live was unrealistic. :eyes:

17. isnt it the funniest. i too have been attentive to bible in a personal manner
not thru religion and the knowledge is way more than those regular church goers. kids went to a christian private school for a handful of years so that really helped me a lot. being in religious belt it is really handy as someone preaches. before they finish i know what they are saying and i can bring it back to what jesus said. they really do not have an argument with hate.
