but why even have an ignore list? I'm not being sarcastic, I don't understand why not just chose to ignore a poster's comments if you know you don't like them or want ot hear from them?
will keep your blood pressure away. I know what you mean. I've had arguments with some simply nasty posters at times. Luckily not too many times. I hate arguing esp. if it's a troll who is just looking to start a fight.'
Btw, a new medical, home remedy (sort of) for lowering your blood pressure just came out -- but I can't repeat it because I would turn beet red. :-) So maybe you should stick with your ignore list....or a sip of wine.
if someone is annoying I'll just send them your way. LOL You can probably deal with them better. I would ignore them, but I'd probably sneak a peek and be ticked off the rest of day.
There are shit disturbers here that I just don't want to hear from. Many years ago, this was a place for thoughtful discussion of opposing ideas. Over the years it has developed into who lives in their mommas basement and what kind of shit can they start. I don't have time for it. Ignore is my friend and I am much more peaceful as a result.
When the same people keep showing up in the same forums with the same talking points over and over again, they are not interested in discussion they are interested in disruption. Fuck em!
haven't personally had to use that feature yet (although I was sorely tempted to more than a few times) but it sounds like a lovely idea for a fresh start.
