Also, I highly doubt we're ever going to see any serious criminal charges filed against any members of the Dubya administration, let alone war crimes charges. Presidents have rarely made that big a deal of their predecessors transgressions. Hell, even with the anti-Clinton crusade they chose to tar him & his in the court of public opinion rather than a court of law after he left office. No, I don't suspect we'll be seeing Dubya & company anywhere near a courtroom any time soon. On the other hand, there might be some leeway for going after people in DOJ, etc, but I think that's probably pretty unlikely as well.

I attribute that to those who control our government being so secure in their ability to keep and maintain their control that they can do it without a Bush/Cheney cabal. Even if President Obama became a flaming liberal overnight and tried to implement systemic changes, there are so many impediments in his way (Reid, Pelosi, the Supremes, the DLC, the media) that it would be impossible.
