That was astonishiPresident Carter greets Barbara Bush and doesn't say a word to Bill Clinton
Big hug and kiss for Barbara Bush and then President Carter walked right past Bill Clinton without so much as a nod of the head.

Remember the 5 presidents picture? Carter was wayy out of the picture almost because Bush told him to stand next to Clinton.
