This was the version of The Joker played by Adam Bell, on Pendant Audio's series Batman: The Ace of Detectives, with a couple of years worth of shows available free at www.pendantaudio.com in MP3 format.

When captured by a gang of incompetent criminals, Joker went into a crazy giggling fit and said:

"Their trials weren't on Court TV, they were on Mystery Science Theater 3000!"

Joker would certainly say the same thing about Bush.
