2. Winston Churchill. I can't count the number of times his surrogates referred to dumb-ya's speech as 'Churchillian.'

3. Batman. The Wall Street Journal compared Batman to dumbya

4. Harry S Truman. They keep harping on how Truman left office with really poll numbers and history has been very kind to him. Newsflash: Buchanan was unpopular, Andrew Johnson was unpopular and so was Hoover. History has not been kind to their presidencies.
