She seems to say Biden had a choice, but it was better to be VP. WTF, does that mean?

I think the renewed emphasis on this after Dr. Biden's remark reflects the need to find a catfight to report.

Supposedly, Hillary Clinton is going to be livid when she finds this out. But she probably already knew, or guessed.
