is knowing that history will know how truly awful his administration was. Don't misunderestimate this. 100 years from now, Bush will still be having his press conferences and speeches watched. Most Americans will wonder how such a maroon could have been re-elected in 2004. 20 years from now, no one will be admitting that they voted for him in 2004. Sucks to be the pretzeldent.

2. I'm enraged and numb at the same time

The closer the countdown gets to Fuckface getting the hell out of my airspace, the angrier I find myself. Yet, paradoxically, I find myself numb. If I were to hear suddenly that we'd invaded Iraq, I don't think I'd even blink.

That's how fucking beaten down I feel from these past eight years. It's hard for me - and I'm old - to remember a time when Fuckface wasn't in the Oval Office. Everything is broken, and we have learned to live with it.

I feel like I've been entombed in a cave underground, and on Tuesday, I'll be led into the light. My eyes hurt.

Everything hurts, and I don't know if it will ever stop.
