10. We all knew he was a liar when he appeared at his hearing
but no one was able to figure out why his prosecution was dropped. (*cough* Mukasey *cough*)

During Eric Holder's confirm Feinstein asked him to review the decision not to prosecute. Bradley is a bad man who is employed by a law firm in Kansas. He should not be allowed make a living in the legal profession. He needs to be in jail.

5. What happened?
Did somebody actually threaten to prosecute that POS? I thought that he skated away from all charges even though it's been pretty much proven that he's, in addition to being a major asshole, committed all kinds of crimes.

13. The Bush DOJ declined to prosecute.
I don't see why it can't be reopened, however.

16. This story has been all over in our papers - he worked here in Mo.
He just sounds like the most awful individual - the kind that is an absolute nightmare to work for.

He just got rid of anyone that he didn't think was conservative enough - no matter what their work record. And then filled the positions with his own, often under qualified people.

He sounds like just a total obnoxious jerk.
