2. It's good that they are storing people's stuff for them.

One of the main barriers to getting people into shelters, afaik, is that many of shelters don't allow people to bring in carts. People have to leave their possessions out in the street and risk them being stolen. It's good that they're setting up warehouses for safe storage. I'm glad they're increasingly willing to treat people with respect and dignity. It's a step in the right direction.
