I can't imagine Justices Scalia, Thomas, Ginsburg, Souter or Stewart playing basketball. Roberts or Kennedy -- probably not, but possibly.

5. Doesn't each SC justice have a small army of law clerks,

paralegals & allied personnel working for him/her at any given time? If so, it's entirely possible that some of these young whippersnappers may pick up the roundball occasionally - especially if there's a BB court handy.
