from what i read, the format for the invites haven't changed since Truman.

3. Did yours say Commemorative Copy?

I got one and couldn't figure out how or why I got it.

5. Yes, 8 1/2 X 11 cardstock.

The cover letter says it's a "commemorative invitation". The actual invite is just a frameworthy invitation.

I donated to the campaign, so that must be how they got my name.
