No this isn't about who should be the NCAA football champion. Nor is it about Brett Favre's impending retirement/unretirement.

This is about the blatant rape of our nation in front of our eyes while we sit on our hands, brainwashed to remain silent and FUCKING OBEY.

What rape?

What Pro sports teams and greedy owners and players are doing to America can be called nothing else.

Carl Pohlad who recently passed away, made his billions foreclosing on family farms and stealing their land. Only to turn around and sell it for huge profit as he built his empire in the west Minneapolis suburbs.

Pohlad spent millions of dollars and more than a decade lobbying the Minnesota state legislature for a new Twins ballpark. The team he owned.

Let's not even bring up the many shady land deals involved in the process of acquiring the stadium's building site.

In 2006 the Mn state leg relented and Gov. Tim "No New Taxes"Pawlenty signed into law a gift to Pohlad. A shiny new ballpark with a pricetag of $600 million. I bet my right foot that it will top $1 billion by the time its built.

Meanwhile, Pawlenty's state(Minny).... Once a proud model of how a state should be run, with the progressive credentials to match, lied in a state of decaying infrastructure and cities grappling with massive debt. Pawlenty has taken a scalpel to Minnesota's budget over the years. Cutting "waste" in the usual places. Kicking children off of health care, kicking the elderly out of retirement homes. Shitting on the weak and hoping they die off.

Infrastructure projects across the state have been underfunded and delayed or put on hold entirely. Roads, bridges, schools, police depts ect have all felt a heavy pinch. Cities continue to grapple with deficits and the State has a looming budget deficit and crisis of its own.

And yet they will build these fucking sports stadiums using taxpayer money. The new Twins ballpark is currently under construction and so is a new U of M Gophers football stadium.

Get this. The Vikings are also spending millions lobbying hard for a new Billion dollar football stadium complex of their own.

As the steward of the state, Pawlenty sits back and watches the I-35 bridge fall and kill a bunch of people.

The long list of baseball players that currently make $20 million a year or more rapidly continues to grow.

When will this fucking insanity stop?

On a side note..

I'm wondering how Pro sports will suvive this new horrid economy with these insanely high team payrolls.

Me, I'll be LMFAO when these rapists go bankrupt in front of our eyes.

Nevermind, that means a trillion dollar bailout for Pro sports.

Palin and Pawlenty, quite a VP shortlist there John. I thank the stars they were defeated on Nov 4th. Instead we got Barack with Rick Warren's blessing.(yikes)

Peace.
