It seems the Rightwingnut Birther, Ed Hale, has obtained a copy of the Soetoro v. Soetoro divorce decree.

In the section where custody is decreed, only Maya Soetoro is mentioned. Barack is not mentioned at all, which means Loo Soetoro never had any legal claim to custody whatsoever. That means Lolo Soetoro never legally adopted Barack. That means the convoluted conspiracy theory where Obama loses his US citizenship because he was adopted by Soetoro just went out the window.

I love it when the Birthers blow their own theories out of the water with what they uncover.
