Here we go.... Palin's "Tammy Faye" moment!
I saw earlier on the website where Palin said Keith Olbermann is an "Evil man"

and my wife brought this raw story article to my attention:

http://rawstory.com/news/2008/Palin_Couric_Fey_profited_by_exploiting_0108.html

in this article she said Couric, Tina Fey and SNL exploited her...

So my wife basically had two things to say.

First:

"If Keith O is Evil than I don't want to be right"

And if Tina and SNL exploited... than take a little of your own medicine baby. "Exploit, Baby, Exploit"!

I just have one thing to ask. Can this woman whine anymore? I think it is time to send her a wheel of cheese to go with the Whine.

1. I almost fell out of my chair earlier today....
MSNBC aired a clip of a Palin interview where she said "you know, you're not the center of the universe Katie".

Pot, meet Kettle.

4. ...the point being that Sarah knows exactly where the center of the universe is--
about 3 inches north of her uterus.

21. Me too, couldn't believe whatI just heard...
besides, it sounded so damned high school and immature. This freak thought she was qualified to be VP, or President if needed, and she can't keep these juvenile thoughts either to herself or within friends and family? She sounded like someone who might run for some small spot somewhere in a small town, and maybe win, but just because no one with real talents could be found to run against her that year.

All the excepts on Chris Matthew's spot had me just shaking my head, and thinking "only in America." Palin is a really small minded person.

5. I rather liked Tammy Faye
Not during her PTL Club days, but afterward. She seemed like a genuinely nice person who tried to get along with everyone. She was on some lousy celebreality show, and struck up what appeared to be a real friendship with Ron Jeremy. I don't see Mrs. Palin in quite that vein.

7. I changed my attitude toward Tammy Faye
when I saw a clip of her saying something to the effect that she thought one sin Jesus wouldn't forgive was turning your back on your child. It was in response to some very smug woman who apparently expected to be praised for disowning her Gay son.

8. I'm sorry your right. When I said Tammy Faye I was thinking of the
PTL years and the big scandal and the Mascara running down her face. I think after she got rid of Jim Baker she did change for the better.

11. Tammy Faye did a complete 180. I even ended up respecting and liking
the woman.

Talk about surprised.

9. She's paving the way for her '12 run. After all she has too look like the
victim of the Liberal media so that she can get the sheep back and keep those on her side that still reamin.

10. You might be interested to read
this response from Sarah's press flack upon the announcement by Bob Poe that he'll be running against Sarah for govenror in 2010. http://www.ktuu.com/Global/story.asp?S=9636610

"It is unfortunate that Mr. Poe would claim, counter to the obvious facts, that the governor is putting national political aspirations above her role as chief executive of the state," Palin administration spokesman Bill McAllister. "Since the election, the governor has spent less than a day out of state attending to partisan politics, and has rejected literally hundreds of invitations to appear on national television and radio programs and in the country's foremost magazines and newspapers."

That seems like a really funny statement in light of all these interviews directed to "the Lower 48." A much more gracious response would have been, "We welcome Mr. Poe's entrance into the race and look forward to debating the issues." But, of course, Sarah loves playing the victim.

20. I know zero about him.
I think that's why he announced early so that he could get some name recognition. It sounds like he's got some significant experience, though.

12. She is a good candidate for exploitation
She is so dumb that she didn't realize that the SNL was mocking her until much later. She really thought that people were laughing with her rather than at her.

15. When a governor can't even manage to name
the major newspapers in her home state, or the state's own magazine, or even her hometown newspaper, as the newspapers/magazines she regularly reads, then she's painted herself as a person who is not a viable candidate. She should have said she scans, daily, the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times. She's a governor. She has responsibilities to her contituents. Not reading. Not being informed are not acceptable in a chief executive. She can't govern Alaska if she doesn't know what's happening on Wall Street. She gave a beauty queen answer "I read all of them. I support the media."
Ludicrous.
What person with any sense of self respect would vote for this woman? She couldn't even dredge up one name. Not one.
Obama and team have reminded us that standards matter. We've been so long without them, that a low-bar candidate like Palin was able to get some traction before the majority of Americans caught up with her lack of qualifications.
THe Republican Party needs to start ridding itself of these "narrative candidates." They bring nothing to the table but lots of fodder for 24-7 blather about their pregnant teens, hairstyles, and new clothes.

16. The way she contorts her face in fake outrage reveals how dumb she really is.
She's already got the support of the idiots. She may appeal to them with this stuff, and she'll never gain one more vote with that phony outrage.

17. Oh I saw that youtube... Irony of Irony?
In the beginning she bitches about bloggers, when the person who she is talking to is ...

A BLOGGER!

It was really hard to watch, but boy oh boy, after she whines and complains about the entire process, the running for VP, the lies (COUGH) about her family and all that shit, complains about the lower 48 not understanding her and her state --- she says she would run again.

22. It never occurred to the whiner that she'd be "exploited" by SNL? How
stupid and naive is that? And she wants to be a party to international negotiations? I'd laugh in her face if I could.
