An idea: Fasting on January 19th to physically/spiritually cleanse the past 8 years from our system

How great would it feel to be able to physically and spiritually cleanse the past eight years from your system.

I dont know how many of you have had the opportunity to go on a fast or, better yet, have a good sweat, but I was thinking that it would be so appropo to do this on the 19th so that we can begin the next period in our lives. There is no better feeling than a good sweat and cleanse. The bush prezidency was a period of physical and spiritual darkness, and I think that we could all benefit from a cleansing before we go further.

I also believe that all of DC could use an enema.....but that's another topic alltogether.

So join me on the 19th and flush the toxins from your body as we flush the toxins from DC.

Good idea, we definitely need to cleanse our collective psyches of constant dread and pessimism. And a fast in a healthy person can be exhilarating!
