When Will People Stop Reading "The Drudge Report"
It appears that "The Drudge Report" is responsible for the misstatement that Ann Coulter was banned from the Today Show. It seems that this is not the first time Druge has posted something on his website that was false or missleading. It seems that at times he just posts things on his website and allows others to figure out whether the story is true or false. I am just wondering what it will take for people to stop reading Druge's website.

3. people or the media?
When you go to a big political event and you're in the press section, you would not believe how many of the computers are turned to Drudge. It's like the damned homepage for half the national media, and I think that's what really makes Drudge relevant is that he drives the news.

4. It's always interesting to see who drags it over here and insists that it's true.
More than one DUer has been outed this way.

6. I don't ...
if someone here makes a post about a "story" on that site, I ignore it or wait until somebody tells them to post it and then I'll read it.

7. The only reason I check in
at Drudge from time to time is to see what the other side is spinning.

9. I have no reason to read that trash.
If it were up to me he'd be penniless. But I'm sure his funding sources are solidly behind his little blog.
