10. keyboards are different
that would imply an interaction with others and searching out the news. TV is meant to be absorbed without thinking critically.

5. It mattered
Maybe you didn't see it, but it mattered. It told other people out there that their doubts about the war were shared. It made it impossible to invade Iran, which certainly would have happened if there wasn't a big stink raised about Iraq.

It mattered.

7. It still matters. Every honk we hear on our street corner is also
heard by people who would not have heard those honks if we weren't there with our signs proclaiming the facts about Bush's War and his War Criminals.

things that count for you. We were there for appx. 1 hour during the evening rush hour. I counted 364 honks/waves/peace-signs/head nods or other indications of assent. This was last Spring.
