Conservatives Whining About Their Loss of Power

Conservatives Whining About Their Loss of Power
By David Neiwert Saturday Jan 03, 2009 10:50am

Get out your handkerchiefs:

Conservatives fear that some of these Obama transition advisers are too far left on the political spectrum and are a sign of radical policies to come.

"It is disturbing," said Roger Clegg, a conservative opponent of Lee's appointment who is now watching the Obama advisers at the Justice Department. "The transition team as described to me was made up of nothing but people on the far left. Though Obama is more moderate, that makes you wonder what kind of advice the president is given, and what range of choices he'll be given when it comes time to make appointments."

See? Give 'em a Rick Warren, they'll take a mile. Leave in Bob Gates, they'll start demanding he be replaced with Rumsfeld.

Memo to right-wingers: I know that you've done your best to shield yourselves from reality these many years, but you might wanna check the news from around Nov. 4. You lost the election.

After 2000, how many moderates and liberals did you see Mr. President-Who-Didn't-Even-Win-A-Majority selecting for key appointments? It was about zero, as I recall. But now, of course, it's different.

Ah, but let them whine all they like. Right-wing disappointment is music to our ears.

4. Well, given those republicans' contributions to America, they can bite their toungues.
Obama and co. should still work with them, but they can belt up. Many abused their power, and others like Larry "Ultraviolet" Craig didn't do any favors either.

8. Conservative Ideology has destroyed this country by any measure you care to choose
unless you are a millionaire or large Corporation.

28 years of insane conservative economic policies - 12 years of republican control of congress and 6 years of TOTAL republican control of the entire government.

what else do you need to know?

But republicans are, by nature, sociopaths. Like mentally damaged children they simply do not understand the damage they have caused.

What other proof does any rational person need to realize that republicans cannot be trusted to be in control of ANYTHING?
