Either you benefit from or you rage against the corporations
Radicals rage against the corporations. Corporations benefit most Democrats and Republicans, and fund our politician's campaigns.

Don't blame the corporations for the state of America. Blame the lack of radicals.

We owe Obama's election to money we received from corporations. Without it Obama would have been at a disadvantage.

So either rage against, or accept... It is up to you.

2. "We owe Obama's election to money we received from corporations."
No we don't.

Corporations have been barred from campaign contributions for quite a long time. The Obama campaign was funded by individual donors, millions of individual donations.

Unless you are off the grid and out of the system, you are benefiting from 'the corporations'. I can both be dependent on the system for my survival and opposed to the system as it is. You have created a dichotomy here that is way too simplistic.

4. I do both, of course
My income is from interest and dividends. I depend on the ability of the corporation to sell their stuff to other people.

However, I know some drastic reforms are needed, among them abolishing the concept of personhood for what really is a cartel of businessmen; of tying executive compensation to the lowest wage the corporation pays; of taxing their net income at the same rate all net income is taxed; and of instituting protectionism that makes it unprofitable to follow the cheapest labor around the globe, abandoning the people of this country to poverty.

What we are doing now is destroying this country. We have to stop it.
